For GPs and specialists
- Medicare: we accept referral letters under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan. Referral letters don’t need to name our practice. Exercise physiology under the plan is bulk billed, with no gap. We send a written report after the first and last service.
- DVA: DVA Veteran Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral. Please use the D904 Request/Referral Voucher or a referral letter and state the condition to be treated. We send an end-of-cycle report at the end of each treatment cycle.
- NDIS: we work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. No referral is needed, but a letter outlining relevant history is welcome.
- Private: no referral needed. Clinical information is always helpful.

- We provide exercise physiology management plans and progress reports when requested, and attend case conferences.
- We work with complex presentations, including amputation, brain injury and wheelchair users, in our private all abilities gym.
