ReturnToWorkSA Injury Rehabilitation. Rebuild Your Strength.

We provide accredited injury rehabilitation therapy for South Australian workers. Funded under ReturnToWorkSA and personal injury insurance, our clinicians deliver direct Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Pathology. We focus entirely on your physical, functional, and cognitive recovery to get you safely and confidently back to work.

Exercise Physiology Services – Insurance and Workplace Funding Options

If you’ve experienced an injury or illness, you may be eligible for funded Exercise Physiology services through a range of personal, workplace, or insurance schemes, including:

ReturnToWork SA (RTWSA)

If you’ve been injured at work in South Australia, Exercise Physiology may be included as part of your Return to Work plan. Services are funded to help you regain strength, mobility, and function so you can safely return to work.

Workplace Injury or Workers’ Compensation Insurance

Many workers’ compensation insurers across Australia cover Exercise Physiology as part of a rehabilitation program. Your case manager, doctor, or rehab provider can refer you, and we can work directly with them to support your recovery goals.

Private Health Insurance

Most private health funds include Exercise Physiology under extras cover. Check with your provider to see if you’re eligible for rebates.

Income Protection / Personal Injury Insurance

If you hold personal injury or income protection insurance, you may be eligible for funded Exercise Physiology services. We can assist with documentation and liaise with your insurer as needed.

Is my rehabilitation therapy fully funded?
Yes. If you have an accepted ReturnToWorkSA or personal injury insurance claim, your rehabilitation treatments are fully funded with zero out-of-pocket costs to you. We bill the insurer directly for your clinical sessions.

Do I need approval before booking my first session?
Yes. To ensure your sessions are covered, we require your claim number, case manager’s details, and written or verbal approval from your insurer before your initial clinical assessment.

Do I need a doctor’s referral to see our therapists?
For ReturnToWorkSA claims, a referral from your treating General Practitioner (GP) or specialist is required to initiate therapy. If you are unsure, contact our team and we can guide you on what to ask your doctor.
What types of therapy do you provide for work injuries?
We provide direct, hands-on clinical rehabilitation through three specialized disciplines:
  • Exercise Physiology: Target-driven strength, conditioning, and physical recovery to rebuild your work-ready fitness.
  • Occupational Therapy: Functional retraining, task modification, and ergonomic advice to help you safely perform your job duties.
  • Speech Pathology: Cognitive, communication, and swallowing rehabilitation for workers recovering from neurological or head injuries.
Do you handle my insurance claim or case coordination?
No. We are strictly a clinical rehabilitation provider. We do not manage your insurance claim, negotiate with employers, or coordinate your case. Our sole focus is delivering the physical, functional, and cognitive therapy you need to recover.

Where do the rehabilitation sessions take place?
We offer flexible delivery based on your clinical goals. Therapy can take place in our fully equipped rehabilitation clinic, at your home, or directly at your workplace if functional task retraining is required.

Our team is experienced in working with case managers, insurers, and rehabilitation providers to ensure your program is tailored to your needs and fully compliant with funding requirements.
