Empowering Your Health, Every Step of the Way
At Adelaide Wellbeing Society, we believe everyone deserves a healthy, fulfilling life where you are in control—not your illness, chronic condition, or disability
Founded by three passionate Exercise Physiologists, we grew from a single-service practice into a multidisciplinary care team to solve a critical problem: the long wait times for high-quality healthcare. Today, we are proud to be a South Australian owned and operated team dedicated to supporting the northern suburbs of Adelaide with rapid, reliable access to essential therapies.
We deliver personalised care built on strong relationships and equitable health outcomes. By bringing Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Exercise Physiology together under one roof, we help you slash the wait times, take control of your journey, and significantly enhance your overall wellbeing.

Jai
Exercise Physiologist
Hi, my name is Jai and I’m an Exercise Physiologist at AWS. I’m new
to the team, graduating with a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise
Physiology from Flinders University. With bachelor’s degrees
in Exercise Science and Psychology, I love to bring a mix of
interpersonal skills and clinical knowledge into an exercise setting. My
passion for exercise physiology started in using evidence-based exercise
to support people with disability to reach their goals, build their
independence and improve quality of life! Outside of work, I love
playing footy and hitting the gym.
Cherry
Occupational Therapist
Hi, I’m Cherry, a Senior Occupational Therapist at Adelaide Wellbeing Society. I am passionate about helping families build independence and engage in daily activities. Specialising in early intervention, school readiness, and sensory regulation, I support clients with diverse developmental needs. Outside the clinic, I’m a huge foodie who loves trying new restaurants, baking at home, hitting the gym, or taking relaxing walks along the beach.
Janae

Hi, I’m Janae, an Occupational Therapist who relocated from Queensland in 2023. Working with clients across the lifespan, I am passionate about helping people engage in meaningful and necessary daily activities. I deeply value building strong therapeutic relationships with individuals and their families to promote long-term wellbeing and independence. Outside of work, I love exploring South Australia and spending warm days relaxing at the beach.

Hi, I’m Sonia, an Occupational Therapist and the newest member of the AWS team. I graduated from UniSA in 2022 with Honours. I am passionate about helping clients reach their goals, build confidence, and gain independence. For me, every day brings rewarding new milestones. Outside of work, I love recharging by spending quality time laughing, eating good food, and sharing great company with my family and friends.
